3 Weeks. I just read that if you stick with something for 3 weeks you are more likely to complete it. Well 21 days down 79 more to go. But that end day is right in the middle of #30daysofbiking so I actually need to go to the end of April. Not a problem. I'm really digging this. all I need to do now of work on my diet a bit more and cut out some of the things I've been eating. Not really bad stuff but too much sugar. So, baby steps and I'll be cool. Hell, I have lost 10 lbs so far...not that I really
need to lose any more but it would be nice. Enjoy.
