So here we are on Day 15 of the 100 day challenge. So far so good is all I can say. I have successfully made forward motion for a minimum of 30 mins each day. Most of them have been on the bike in my basement but I have been running much more than I had since my last half marathon. Granted taking the fall in August and tearing my ACL and bruising the bone in my right knee didn't help matters. But all that seems to be behind me now. I have been on it hard and it doesn't bother me at all.
